As an Inside Sales Representative, you play a crucial role in our organization, ensuring daily customer satisfaction and collaborating closely with your team.

Profile

- Compétences:

Brand Representation: Make outbound calls to potential clients, follow up on leads, understand customer needs, and identify sales opportunities in close cooperation with Sales Managers to foster new business.

Brand Promotion: Enhance brand recognition, promote new collections, and conduct cross-selling and upselling activities for both active and inactive clients.

Internal Objectives: Contribute to achieving internal targets, including those related to our Dealer Network, in line with defined Service KPIs.

Travel Requirements: Occasionally travel to present new collections, visit clients, and meet prospects at trade fairs.



- Certificats:

No specific certification is required



- Exigences de formation:

Ideally, you hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience



- Connaissances professionnelles:

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is required; experience in the textile and fashion industry is advantageous.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and other departments.

Sales Orientation

Ability to remain resilient and adaptable, particularly during peak seasons.



- Exigences linguistiques:

Proficiency in English and German is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
