Project Assistant
Job description
- Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, downloading preparation work and documenting meeting minutes
- Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication at all times
- Conduct research and gather information to support project planning and decision-making processes
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure project deliverables are met within established timelines
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project-related documentation, reports, order forms and invoicing
- Assist in the identification and resolution of project-related issues and risks.
- Maintain project documentation and files, ensuring they are organised and easily accessible
Profile
- Bachelor in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is also desirable)
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
