Executive Assistant
Job description
The executive assistant will provide administrative and organisational support to the MD Europe:
- organise travel and accommodation
- manage schedule, calendar and rescheduling requirements
- manage the email inbox
- production of monthly reports
- compile monthly expenses
- arrange and attend senior leadership and other meetings, take minutes/actions and distribute to all attendees
- coordinate and distribute papers in advance of meetings
- back-up for the office manager
Profile
- similar experience as EA in an international and fast-paced environment
- English working language. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.
- flexible and can-do attitude
- excellent time-management skills
- ability to work independently
Offer

- full-time role, 4/5th negotiable
- 1 day home working
- starting asap, for minimum 3 months
