Management Assistant

Job description

Be a Vital Asset to the Brussels Team:

  • Provide seamless support to 2 Intellectual Property Partners and their teams.

  • Take ownership of responsibilities, efficiently managing time to meet deadlines.

  • Utilize your excellent written and spoken language skills to draft, proofread and format diverse documents, as well as to engage with international stakeholders, and create impactful PowerPoints.

  • Organize team agendas, including meetings, business lunches, seminars, and meticulously handle European and worldwide travel arrangements.

  • Occasionally participate in the practical organisation of client seminars.

  • Ensure timely billing by submitting time sheets, verifying billing details and managing expenses.

  • Maintain adherence to administrative and organizational procedures, including client background checks and CRM management.



Profile

What You Bring

  • Both candidates with and without experience will be considered.

  • EITHER Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English with Intermediate written and spoken French

  • OR Excellent written and spoken French and English with intermediate written and spoken Dutch

  • Proficient in MS Office with a keen eye for detail.

  • Solution-oriented mindset, proactive, and self-driven.

  • Effective prioritization skills to handle multitasking and stressful situations calmly.
