The Talent Recruitment Officer will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce by identifying and engaging skilled professionals to support our expanding portfolio of projects. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities:
- Take a leading role in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to screening candidates and conducting interviews.
- Collaborate with our Internal stakeholders to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements for project management roles.
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies, utilizing a variety of channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, networking events) to attract qualitative talent.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the consultancy and project management sectors.
- Act as an ambassador for our company, representing the organization at job fairs, networking events etc.
