Functieomschrijving
- The customer experience coordinator engages daily with participants during the Leadership Journey phases and sends welcome emails upon registration.
- Performs advising sessions for clients/prospects and creates promotional assets with the global marketing team.
- Ensures smooth program operations
- Sends welcome emails to participants upon confirmation of registration
- Provides service and technical support, guiding participants through assessments.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to implement strategies for lead management and client relationship management
- Enhances collaboration across all team members.
- Performs advising sessions for clients/prospects through both inbound and outbound tele sales channels
Profiel
The customer experience coordinator has a very good knowledge of English, any other languages is a plus
Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, and time management.
Customer service oriented
Capable of building and maintaining lasting customer relationships.
Excellent listening, presentation, and communication skills (written & verbal).
Proficient in customer relationship management software and database management.
Excellent time/project management skills and strong telephone presence.
Adept at mining and using data to support sales efforts.
Able to use effectively social media for marketing purposes

Interim contract with regular weekly salary
Hybrid work (office in Kraainem/homeworking) but also be present during the programs at avenue Louise (near metro Louise) on a regular basis
