Responsibility and ownership of HR activities
Implementation of HR strategy within the organization which aligns with the company vision and long-term objectives (Compliance, Security first and Safety, Strong organization,Strong individuals and Lean Management)
Weekly and monthly reporting of HR activities
Development and living the client way culture
Management of employee life cycle management
Responsible for the global payroll processes and systems
Provide HR management advice and expertise in order to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency by achieving customer satisfaction.
Ensure that they meet the local labor law requirements and update the relevant stakeholders and documents (e.g. work regulations)
Support internal and external audits
Responsible for HR matters (Recruitment, People management, remuneration, employment law, employment policies and procedures)
Development and implementation of the Talent Acquisition Process
Responsible for the facility management, company car fleet, insurances, contract management, marketing and communication.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of the relevant processes
Establishment and maintenance of relevant policies, guidelines and processes
Responsible for managing, allocating and controlling the cost and budget for personnel expenses and HR
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs for internal staff
Responsible for HR Intranet section
Min 7+ years experiences as HR practitioner incl in HR management function.Experience in recruitment, compensation & benefits, organizational planning, payroll management, employee relations, training and development, performance management,human resources information systems and general affairs.Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Masters' Degree in Human Resources Management or similar business management course.
