Your responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for our clients, responding to their questions and concerns via phone, email, or chat.
- Leverage your proficiency in EU languages to communicate effectively and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Foster strong customer relationships by consistently delivering outstanding service.
- Work collaboratively with your team to exchange knowledge and share best practices.
Profiel
You hold a higher education degree, and you already have a background in the banking sector, apart from that you recognise yourself in the following requirements;
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service also junior candidates are welcome
- Proficiency in at least three languages: Polish, French, English, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, or Classical Arabic, with two at C2 level and one at C1 level
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
- You are willing to work 2 saturdays in a month, with compensational time off
