An association, based in Brussels is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to support its small, dynamic, international team.
The successful candidate will:
• Support the Managing Director (daily schedule, meetings, travel)
• Manage the office and provide administrative and logistical support to the team
• Ensure that internal policies and procedures are respected
• Collect and process data in support of the policy and communications team
• Prepare reports by collecting and analysing information
• Represent the executive externally in the absence of the executive or other management
• Provide historical reference by developing and utilising filing and retrieval systems; record meeting discussions.
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipate needed supplies; evaluate new office products; place and expedite orders for supplies; verify receipt of supplies.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
Writing and reporting, office management, travel booking and scheduling, MS Office and other relevant office software skills.
In addition, the successful candidate will be well-organised, possess good time-management and oral and written communication skills in English as well as another European language.
An attractive salary 2700-3000 euros gross
