Job description
- Proactively approach potential customers and generate leads.
- Maintain telephone contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Conclude contracts carefully according to established procedures and terms.
- Follow up on closed contracts, ensuring dispatch, receipt, and system entry.
- Answer customer queries both orally and in writing.
- Handle administrative tasks for customer files, including changes in terms and resolving delivery issues.
- Draft contracts, quotations, and generate reports for account managers.
- Process customer data efficiently.
- Manage assigned mailbox and ensure efficient communication flow.
Profile
- You speak Dutch, French and English.
- You have strong organisational skills and can prioritise independently.
- You can easily switch between analytical thinking and dealing with people.
- You are commercially minded and focus on both internal and external customer satisfaction.
- You are proactive in finding solutions to problems and work accurately.
