International Key Account Manager - Retail

Job description

Your responsibilities as an International Key Account Manager - Retail
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of relationships, both internally and externally, to meet the needs of customers (Retail F1) and propose process optimizations.
  • Conduct research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
  • In close collaboration with Product and Category Management, create and present sales stories, using market data and insights.
  • Lead negotiations (with purchasing groups) and close deals with customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data from various sources, share your findings, and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date on in-store and online trends, price changes, and new product launches in the market.

Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role within Retail Private Label.
  • Experience in branded label, food, FMCG, Category Management, Product Management is a plus.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required. German is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
