Job description

  • Develop and execute account plans for growth.
  • Set and achieve sales targets with structured follow-up.
  • Provide profitable solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Monitor competitors and take appropriate action.
  • Optimize marketing and sales processes.

Profile

  • Possess a higher technical education, preferably in electrical or energy engineering.
  • Bring several years of experience in a technical role within the Energy sector.
  • Have a solid track record of commercial success in field sales, ideally in the electro-technical industry.
  • Demonstrate a blend of strong commercial acumen and results-driven approach, coupled with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm, resilience under pressure, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Proficient in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
