The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Identify and target potential clients within the pharmaceutical industry, including manufacturers, distributors, and retailers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organisations
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to secure new business opportunities
The successful candidate will have the following profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the logistics sector, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities
