Team Leader Customer Service
Job description
- Leading, guiding and monitoring all Professionals CS in the segment Agriculture
- Harmonize processes customer service to the different interfaces of the other departments & sites, on time delivery of FG
- Personal and vacation planning (management of workload in the team)
- Administrative support for the sales force, support calculation of bonus
- Maintenance of customer related data in SAP
- Establish regular meetings with the customer service team to provide support, discuss issues and solutions
- Ensure the service is operating accurately and in compliance with the processes
- Generate different reports (e.g. OTIF) and provide regular updates to senior management
Profile
- Successfully completed commercial education
- At least 5 years professional experience in an international environment
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Good understanding of sales processes and internal interfaces
- Strong expertise in ERP systems, preferably SAP, and customer service software
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational and planning skills
- Fluent language skills in German and English
- Travel between Belgium and Germany on a quarterly basis
