Wat ga je doen?
Als Inside Sales Assistant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële en administratieve opvolging van jouw klanten en prospecten. Je werkt nauw samen met de Accountmanager voor Vlaams-Brabant/Limburg.
Als Inside Sales Assistant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële en administratieve opvolging van jouw klanten en prospecten. Je werkt nauw samen met de Accountmanager voor Vlaams-Brabant/Limburg.
- Klantenservice: Beantwoorden van vragen (telefonisch en via e-mail), opstellen en opvolgen van offertes.
- Bestellingen: Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen bij leveranciers, prijzen opvragen.
- Administratie: Bijhouden van klantengegevens in het systeem en overleg met de boekhouding over betalingsvoorwaarden.
- Samenwerking: Dagelijks overleg met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s uit sales, dispatch en boekhouding.
Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Opleiding/Ervaring: Bij voorkeur een bachelor diploma en/of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Talen: Vloeiend in Nederlands, goede kennis van Frans.
- Digitale vaardigheden: Handig met softwareprogramma’s.
- Persoonlijkheid: Gedreven, dynamisch, klantgericht en communicatief sterk.
- Organisatorische vaardigheden: Planmatig en goed georganiseerd.
