Job description
Responsibilities for the After sales role include:
Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels from customers.
Providing accurate and timely information about products, services, and orders to customers.
Resolving customer issues and product errors in a professional and customer-friendly manner. If the issue can't be resolved remotely, gather information for the engineering team to escalte the issue further
Recording customer interactions and updating customer databases.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Profile
Qualifications required for the Customer Service position:
Minimum high school diploma.
Minimum first experience in a customer service role .
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing. Additionally, any other language ( French, Italian, Portugese,.. is a plus)
Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a solution-oriented manner.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
