Tasks
- Key responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to consultants
- Providing logistical support for clients and marketing events (e.g. conferences and workshops)
- Taking minutes at internal meetings
- Calendar Management
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support across the office
- Booking domestic and international travel, including visa applications
Profiel
Competencies & Skills
- Practical experience of at least 3 years in a similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and French or Dutch
- Highly proficient in MS Word and Excel as well as other general IT platforms and software
- Experience in or exposure to an international and multicultural environment and ability to appreciate diversity and work in such an environment.
- Exposure to consultancy work environment would be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-orientated, proactive and an ability to prioritise urgent work tasks.
- Assertive, mature and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a team.
- Flexible, resilient, pragmatic and resourceful.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- An eye for detail and skilled multi-tasker.
