Bright Plus International Talents is looking for a Management Assistant for a European Federation in the EU district.
The assistant manager independently performs a wide range of administrative, communication and general support duties of a highly responsible nature in support to two teams, and frequently communicate with senior-level internal/external contacts. He/she reports to the 2 executive directors of each team.
Main tasks:
- Performing administrative and support tasks to the teams (travel management, contract management, invoice and purchase order, visa reporting …)
- Providing administrative and logistical support for the manager’s meetings: coordination of the agenda, attendance lists, organization of meetings & events etc. (venue, hotel booking if applicable, catering …)
- Ensuring an optimal and effective response to various requests from the employees
- Understanding working relationships with the Federation members & external parties
- Budget monitoring
- Content support to working groups: agendas, minutes, presentations, action implementation and tracking
Profiel
The ideal candidate requirement
- You have minimum a bachelor degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have a proficiency level in English and French, both written and spoken, any European language is a plus.
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and relevant computer literacy skills
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- You are proactive, adaptive, transparent and a real team-player.
- Ability to build influential relationships and work in a small team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Sense of responsibility and priority management
Understand of basic accounting principles for budget management.
