The Manager - Automotive Sector will have the following responsibilities :
- Oversee after-sales service operations to ensure high-quality performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage the after-sales budget by monitoring hours, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to business growth by analyzing competition, implementing marketing strategies, and attracting new clients
- Handle client complaints, provide technical support, and offer solutions to resolve issues
- Order spare parts and manage inventory to ensure necessary repair equipment is available
- Supervise the after-sales team and manage customer service and technician activities (+- 50 people)

- Previous experience in similar position
- Knowledge of automotive sector
- Having leadership / management skills
- Good organizational skills and strong sense of customer satisfaction
