Profiel
A successful candidate should have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Customer Relations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Dutch, French and English languages.
- Experience in Customer Service within the FMCG industry is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM/ERP software.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
