Functieomschrijving
- Being the first point of contact for customers regarding questions and orders.
- Order tracking from A-Z and provide timely updates on order status.
- Develop and manage relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Liaise with various departments such as sales, logistics, planning and finance.
- Coordinate with our supplying factories in Singapore, Japan and America.
- Provide forecast monitoring and demand planning.
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Report monthly forecast and sales revenues to the Sales team
- Ensure shipments are picked up on time from our supply companies and that transportation runs smoothly.
Profiel
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Customer Service Representative within a manufacturing environment.
- You are fluent in Dutch and/or English other languages are a plus.
- You have very good communication skills both spoken and written.
- You are a real multi-tasker and work in a precise and structured way.
- Setting priorities is not a problem for you and you always work in a problem-solving way.
- You have experience in working with ERP systems (knowledge of SAP is a big plus).
