The main responsibilities for this job include:
* you will provide excellent customer service through building and maintaining friendly and professional relationships with potential, current and previous customers.
* You are the first point of contact for the customers
* You manage Emails, enquiries, chats, service-inbound calls and/or outbound follow up calls.
* You might also be supporting in our customers' social media activity.
* you might support customers through the buying process, be the first line of complaint resolution, or provide customers with product information.
* You will work closely with internal teams to provide a streamlined experience for customers.

The requested qualifications for this job include:
- You have excellent oral and written communication in English, French and Dutch.
- A higher education degree (e.g. bachelor) and/or equivalent by experience in a similar role;
- You show exceptional customer service skills
- You are immaculate in listening and have an enthusiastic and flexible approach with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Your interest for electric vehicles and our planet surges through your communication into providing energetic and positive customer service.
- You are resilient, motivated with attention to detail and the promise to deliver qualitative work thanks to your good time management skills.
- You have Good IT and computer understanding within software/technology.
