Front Desk Management
Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and energetic work ethic
Manage correspondence via emails, letters, and telephone calls
Guest Reception and Hospitality:
Welcome visitors and provide them with a hospitality experience
Ensure security and manage visitors' logbook
Prepare meeting rooms and assist in the coordination of client and company events
Administrative Support
Handle office requests for dial-ins and conference rooms
Maintain filing systems and contact databases
Profile
- Excellent English, French (Dutch is optional)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams…
