Our Human Resource team is going through a transformation and become People and Culture team.
We are now looking for a new People & Culture Manager to complete the CDC Leadership team. To be successful in this role you act according to the Volvo Leadership Values and care deeply for the well-being and the development of your team members and colleagues.
We want the Leader of People & Culture to be a strategic partner and key contributor to the company’s culture performance, and success. To drive engagement and inspiration as they build and install trust amongst all team members.

Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related discipline
* 10 years' experience in human resources including at least 5 years of managing an HR team and/or function.
* Thorough knowledge of Belgium employment law and HR professional practices
* Experience working in a union environment and or with union employees is required.
