Profil
- Order Management from A to Z: Responsible for the complete management of orders, from the initial request to delivery. This includes processing orders, tracking deliveries, registering serial numbers, coordinating repairs if necessary, and ensuring customers receive their products on time.
- Customer Contact: Manage customer relationships through proactive follow-up on contracts and deliveries.
- Contract Management: Ensure the correct processing of contracts, from invoicing to delivery, including the registration of serial numbers and organizing repairs if needed.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve internal processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work in an international environment with daily interactions in Dutch, French, and English.

De € 2.500 à € 3.000 par mois
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good knowledge of English.
- Experience: While relevant work experience is not required, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is eager to learn and has a strong service-oriented mindset.
- IT Knowledge: Experience with Microsoft Office and IT systems is a plus, but not necessary; we provide extensive training.
- Personality: You are driven, communicative, and enjoy a dynamic work environment where you can quickly adapt and grow.
- Flexibility: Possibility to work in a flexible schedule, with the possibility of teleworking two days a week after the onboarding traject.
