Description de la fonction
- Providing general assistance on members administration including: pending reminders, encoding fees, reports, queries, updates, corrections of invoices, preparation and attendance of the General Assembly, preparation and manning of the Premium lounge during some Summits ;
- Following up the weekly payment reports with changes of status, unblocking the services, vouchers ;
- Sending certificates and welcome packs to new members ;
- Supporting the Advertising and Sales Manager with publications-related tasks (follow-up of publications);
- Supporting with Correspondence (typing of minutes, minor translations, templates);
- Updating the database;
- Encoding and following up debt collector files;
- Following up lost contacts upon returned postal mailings;
- Scanning of documents and archiving;
- Treating requests from members and colleagues, including from the members hotline and the membership mail box;
- Bringing occasional administrative support to the Head of Membership Development including mostly the internal expense reports;
- Fulfilling his/her responsibilities and tasks according to the values of the company.
Profil
- Excellent written and spoken English, other languages are an asset;
- Happy to give support to a team and to members;
- Very well-organised, rigorous and at ease with numbers (follow up of invoices, payments etc.);
- Service oriented;
- IT literate;
- Quick learner;
- Sense of initiative, proactive, problems solving attitude;
