Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant (m/f/x), for one of our clients, a trade union federation in the transport sector.
As an Administrative Assistant (m/f/x), you will have the following tasks:
- Prepare and organise meetings in Belgium and abroad, deal with arrangements
- Assist with projects
- Attends meetings and prepares minutes
- Serve as first point of contact in the Secretariat for IT-related issues (computes, mobile phones, internet and phone server, interpretation equipment, etc.) and performs basic IT-related tasks)
- Assist in making travel arrangements
- Maintain website pages
- Draft circular and other documents
- Create survey databases, inputs data received and prepare analysis
Profil
- Excellent spoken and written English, French and Dutch. Knowledge of one or more other EU languages are an asset
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Relevant administrative experience of minimum 3 years
- Proven high quality secretarial, organisational and administrative skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
