Administrative assistant Business Strategy (Japanese)

In your role, you will be providing admin support to the Business Strategy Division team. This might be combined with working on project-related tasks.
Your responsibilities could include support on (not exhaustive) :
- General admin support of Business Strategy Division members / Business Strategy Division management
- Meeting set-up and agenda management
- Logistic support of events organised by Business Strategy Division
- Support on projects
- Be back-up for other admin tasks
Profil
- You are fluent in English (Toyoya Motor Europe’s business language) and you have a good level in Japanese
- You have a previous similar experience (minimum 1 year)
- You hold a bachelors degree in a related field
- Strong analytical and project management skills, eye for detail
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Pro-active and creative thinker
- Discrete, able to handle confidential material and information
- Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Oracle, Teams and Sharepoint
- Comfortable building out a network
- Willing to learn
