Sales & Service Administrative (H/F/X) - Gembloux
Job description
Service Support- Implement and maintain a rigorous administrative process (invoicing, stock movement recording, etc.).
- Handle spare parts orders and manage them with our factories.
- Prepare after-sales service orders. Prepare parts for technician interventions.
- Establish spare parts price quotes.
- Manage stock and order preparation.
- Provide technical phone support during office hours.
Sales Support- Process orders sent by sales representatives in our ERP and forward them to factories and external suppliers.
- Organize product transportation from our European factories to job sites.
- Track orders (status, readiness) and inform clients of delivery dates.
- Manage invoicing post-delivery.
- Handle the phone switchboard and direct calls based on requests.
- Work in an ERP environment (M3).
Profile
- Excellent command of French, Dutch, and English.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Familiarity with a complex ERP environment (M3).
- Stress resistance, empathy, and customer orientation.
- Used to a technical environment, able to identify HVAC maintenance parts.
