Our client is an international company active in FMCG and is located in the north of Antwerp. The company is experiencing growth and is strongly committed to sustainability and innovation. They are currently actively looking for a Personal Assistant to support their Group CEO.

Personal Assistant to the CEO

Job description

As Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will work at an international level. You manage a very diverse and challenging range of tasks:
  • Extensive agenda management, taking into account different time zones, availabilities and deadlines. You manage both the professional and private agenda of the CEO so that they are smoothly coordinated
  • International travel management
  • You help prepare meetings and ensure flawless organization
  • You manage the receptionist team
  • You unburden the CEO completely on an organisational level

Profile

  • As Personal Assistant to the CEO you have an important and confidential role
  • You have extensive professional experience as a Personal Assistant on international / group level. Ideally, you also have experience in managing a small team.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English. French is a plus!
  • You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • You are discrete and highly value confidentiality
  • You are open to travelling with the CEO from time to time
  • You have a pro-active approach and think in terms of (out-of-the-box) solutions
  • You can easily work independently and like to take ownership

Offer

  • From € 4.500 to € 6.000 per month
  • Very exciting, challenging position with own responsibilities and the opportunity to work at an international level
  • A full-time position with attractive salary package
  • 39 hours working week: 20 holidays + 6 ADV days (+ possibility of 5 extra holidays)
  • The company is located in the North of Antwerp and is best reached by car
  • Immediate permanent contract
