Job description

  • Assisting with the daily operations of the facilities department
  • Ensuring the safety of the work environment
  • Supporting the facilities manager in coordinating larger maintenance projects
  • Assisting in the management of building security
  • Managing inventory of facility supplies
  • Responding to staff enquiries regarding the facility
  • Performing any other facilities-related tasks as required

Profile

A successful Facility Assistant should have:
  • An excellent knowledge of English and (French or Dutch).
  • A previous experience within a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Motivated, rigorous & detail-oriented.
