Job description

Your Responsibilities:
* Managing Registrations: Oversee the registration process for training sessions and events. Ensure participants are registered on time and handle all administrative tasks accurately.
* Coordinating Training Sessions: Support trainers in planning and organizing training sessions, including arranging necessary materials and venues.
* Booking Hotels and Restaurants: Responsible for booking accommodations and restaurants for participants and trainers. You will ensure the smooth logistics of our events.
* Communication and Follow-Up: Maintain contact with participants and suppliers to ensure all agreements are met.
* Reporting: Keep track of registrations and attendance data and report to the supervisor.
