What You'll Do:
- You manage a team of around 10 dedicated customer service professionals
- You make sure that the KPI-goals are obtained
- You coach both new and existing team members to reach their full potential
- You are able to tackle problem with a hands-on approach
- You work closely with managers and HR to determine and implement effective strategies
- You are in charge of the onboarding of new colleagues
- You uphold and promote our brand's values and reputation.
- You provide detailed reporting to inform business decisions.
Profiel
You have a strong background in customer service & are eager to step into a leadership role. Your knowledge of French and English is nearly perfect. Do you also have extra knowledge in Dutch or another EU-language? That's definitely an extra asset!
