- Provide high-quality customer service in German, both verbally and in writing;
- Tailor your responses to address the specific financial needs of each customer.
- Customize Responses: Personalize responses to meet the unique financial needs of individual customers.
- Assist with Financial Transactions: Assist customers with inquiries, account openings, transactions, and other financial services.
- Guide customers through transaction steps and provide relevant advice on banking products and services.
- Ensure regulatory compliance at all times during the execution of operations.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to efficiently resolve customer issues.
Fluency in German and proficiency in either English or French is essential for this role. Profiel
- You have a diploma from upper secondary education (A2).
- Excellent proficiency in German and English or French, both spoken and written.
