  • Formatting and preparing documents, reports, and tables of contents in MS Word.

  • Providing administrative support and document layout assistance.

  • Managing agendas, including planning and organizing meetings.

  • Handling emails and mail in a proactive manner.

  • Organizing meetings and conference calls.

  • Keeping time sheets and preparing invoices.

  • Filing and archiving documents.

  • Preparing and formatting PowerPoint presentations.

  • General administrative and organizational tasks.
