Payroll administrator

The responsibilities for this function as Payroll Administrator are:
* Serve as the main point of contact for payroll administration, working closely with external payroll provider, SD WORX.
* Manage the monthly payroll cycle for all employees in collaboration with the external payroll provider.
* Act as the central contact for employees on HR-related matters, including maternity, medical, and parental leaves; contract and payroll issues; and benefits, in consultation with the Senior HR Manager.
* Maintain both physical and digital personnel records (employment contracts, amendments, professional diplomas, certificates), ensuring accuracy and up-to-date documentation.
* Perform various HR administrative tasks, such as updating the employee database (onboarding, offboarding, attendance, holidays, promotions, resignations, time-tracking).
* Support the Training Coordinator in preparing induction programs for new employees.
* Assist the HR department in the recruitment process (posting job ads, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews) in consultation with the Senior HR Manager.
* Liaise with external prevention, safety, and health protection bodies when required.
* Coordinate with the insurance broker for employee hospitalization and pension plan insurances.
* Provide support for other ad-hoc organizational and administrative processes within the HR team.

Profil
The required qualifications for the position as Payroll Administrator are:
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role, with a focus on hard HR (Payroll Specialist, HR Administrator, HR Assistant, HR Officer).
* Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (required).
* Knowledge of Belgian labor legislation, particularly in the non-profit sector (experience with CP335/337 is a plus).
* Previous experience with SD Worx tools (payroll and HRSS) is a strong asset.
* Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems.
* Fluency in English (C2 level) and proficiency in French (B2/C1/C2 level); knowledge of Dutch is an asset
