Responsibilities
- Act as the key contact for our customers (B2B) located in Europe.
- Manage a variety of tasks, ranging from order entry to stock management, quotation, problem solving, logistics, and to some extent technical help.
- Ensure the coordination between our customers & our headquarters located in the USA.
- Ensure the existing business keeps working flawlessly, and help developing future businesses with both existing and new customers.
- Work closely with the commercial managers to support execution of sales opportunities based on customer feedback and market intelligence.
- Contribute to durable customer-supplier relationships, and guarantee the highest possible level of customer satisfaction
Profil
Profile
- Master or bachelor degree.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as Inside Sales Representative in an international environment.
- English and French written and spoken. Knowledge of German, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
- Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of SAP would be a serious asset.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and commercial support.
- Ability to be multi-task, prioritize & manage time effectively.
- Structured, organised, solution oriented & highly motivated.
- Team-player able to work autonomously.
