Working as a recruiter

As an HR recruiter, you are the indispensable link between clients and candidates. A multitude of responsibilities and varied tasks? You love it! You actively search for candidates, think outside the box and make an attractive presentation of them. You then find the job offer that fits their identity perfectly. You then present the match to the client using all your persuasive skills. From the first contact to the signing of the contract, you really take charge as a recruitment consultant.

Your unique DNA

We always aim for cultural compatibility and the same applies to our own recruitment. Are you both a commercial talent and a people person? We are looking for an HR recruiter who has these skills.

- As you know, candidates are more than just a CV. Your human qualities will enable you to analyse all this easily.

- You also contact prospects, find job opportunities and share your innovative ideas with the team. You have a lot of energy and a nose for new opportunities.

- You are bilingual in English and French and Dutch.

- Are you motivated by both performance and the human side? Then this is the job for you! You aim for good results, but always put the human aspect first.

- Your commercial skills and self-confidence enable you to convince both candidates and clients.

- You have a bachelor or a master degree. What about experience? In our opinion, great enthusiasm and the right attitude are far more important!
