For one of our customers, we are currently looking for a HR Business Partner Belux.
Our customer is leading company active in risk management and certification services for construction and infrastructure projects. For its offices based in Belgium and Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a HR Business Partner.

Description de la fonction
As HR Business Partner Belux, you will be responsible for the following:
- You provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers, being the first point of contact for HR related matters together with your HR team (2 HR assistants).
- You are responsible for Recruitment and selection activities ranging from discussing needs with hiring managers, drafting job descriptions, dealing with external agencies or internal sourcing channels, interviews and contract management
- You oversee Onboarding and Offboarding processes and build excellent relationships with stakeholders within your scope
- You support business leaders and roll out an effective talent development plan (engagement, retention, succession) while working on leadership coaching initiatives.
- You oversee all dispute resolution and disciplinary procedures ensuring company policies are adhered to.
- You report to the regional Managing Director and to regional HR Director in dotted line.
- You work closely with the line managers based on different sites in your region (leadership coaching, talent management, execution and supervision of HR processes...) and develop a HR agenda that supports the company' strategic and operative targets.
Profil
The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
- You have more than 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner
- You have a generalist background familiar with Talent Management as well as Compensation & benefits practices
- You are fluent in Dutch and French (oral and written) and possess a good level of English
- You are mobile (sites based in Brussels, Liège/Luik and Luxembourg) and show strong interpersonal as well as organizational skills
- You have a good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation combined to a strong customer oriented attitude
