- Manage and process customer orders for pharmaceutical products.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Logistics, and Finance, to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
- Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies, maintaining a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Communicate proactively with customers to provide order status updates and address any potential delays.
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance overall efficiency in order management.
Profil
- First experience in customer service, order management or a related field
- Strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English
- Responsible, rigorous, details-oriented, proactive and hard-worker
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP and Sales Force is an asset
