Job description
Your responsibilities in this role are as follows:- You will be the company's first point of contact;- You will be responsible for welcoming visitors;- You will be responsible for taking calls and dispatching them to the relevant departments;- You will be in charge of all office organisation;- You will help organise company meetings and events (lunch orders, preparation of meeting rooms);- You will be responsible for stocks and will be in contact with suppliers for all office supplies;- You will be in charge of orders and mail;- You will help with the Facilities team (contacting suppliers, managing visitor parking, distributing badges, guiding people around the company, following up with the cleaning teams, monitoring the carpool, etc.);- You will help with invoicing;- You will help with the execution and implementation of internal projects;- You will be responsible for monitoring the contracts of new members of the company.

Profile
The qualifications required for this position are as follows:- You have a bachelor's or master's degree- You have some initial experience of a similar nature- You have a perfect command of French, Dutch and English (both written and spoken)- You are professional, independent, dynamic, highly organised and efficient.- You are flexible, able to handle several tasks at once and cope with stress.- You are open-minded and curious- You have excellent team spirit and a positive attitude- You are constructive thinker and solution-oriented- You are able to communicate while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
