Prospecting/Acquisition:- Proactively approach potential customers and generate leads.
- Maintain telephone contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
Contract Closing and Follow-Up:- Conclude contracts carefully according to established procedures and terms.
- Follow up on closed contracts, ensuring dispatch, receipt, and system entry.
Customer Relationship Management:- Answer customer queries both orally and in writing.
- Handle administrative tasks for customer files, including changes in terms and resolving delivery issues.
Supporting Account Management:- Draft contracts, quotations, and generate reports for account managers.
- Process customer data efficiently.
General Sales Management:- Manage assigned mailbox and ensure efficient communication flow.
