For a client that manages digital payments and electronic financial transactions, we are looking for an office manager.
General office management
- Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Ensure office policies and procedures are implemented appropriately
- Manage office budget
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
- Coordinate with external IT on all office equipment
Fleet Management
- Purchasing vehicles to expand and/or enhance the fleet
- regular maintenance on all vehicles
- Managing vehicle licensure and registration
- Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress
Event Management
- produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
- manage all pre-event planning
- liaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements
- manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel)
- produce post-event evaluation to inform future events
- problem solving and hosting during an event.
