Join our client as a Management Assistant and ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently by providing top-notch administrative support to one or more of the managers. Your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the schedules of one or more executives to maximize their efficiency.
Handling the practical organization and logistics of meetings to ensure they run smoothly.
Monitoring and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence for a seamless administrative flow.
Acting as the communication bridge between the manager and various internal and external contacts to alleviate the manager's workload.
Performing a range of administrative and operational tasks to provide comprehensive support to the manager.
Profiel
Your exceptional organizational skills ensure everything runs like clockwork.
You have a knack for completing tasks in the most efficient way possible.
Your excellent English communication skills enable clear and effective interactions.
Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must.
Aanbod
Duration: A minimum of 6 months, with the possibility of a permanent contract following positive evaluations.
Start Date: As soon as you are available.
Work Schedule: Preferably full-time (5 days/week, 40 hours), but 80% (4 days/week) is also possible.
Location: Leuven with the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
