Key Account Manager - Energy Sector - Brussels
Functieomschrijving
As Key Account Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Offer expert guidance and commercial support to clients regarding the company's service portfolio, ensuring adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Manage client contracts and oversee the daily operations for a portfolio of assigned customers.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and adjust the commercial offerings to better align with market demands and business objectives.
- Actively reach out to potential customers, assessing the feasibility of their needs from both a technical and financial perspective, and drive the development of new services or additional infrastructure.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with neighboring transmission operators, facilitating necessary commercial and operational discussions.
Profiel
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- Master's degree in engineering, business, economics, or a similar discipline.
- Previous experience in a B2B (technical) environment
- Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to digest and simplify complex information.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and assertiveness skills.
- A client-centric, solutions-driven approach with a forward-thinking and proactive attitude.
- Competence with Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in either Dutch and French.
