CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Manager - Pharma

Functieomschrijving

As a successful Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager - Pharma, you will have the following responsibilities:


  • Collect, analyse and reports Sales & Marketing data to the commercial & Marketing teams.

  • Manage data and ensure their accuracy in the CRM Tools to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Develop & optimise the utilisation of CRM tools: Propose relevant and effective dashboards, weekly and monthly reports to the Commercial & Marketing Teams.

  • Act as a Business Partner - Use Data reports to propose Sales & Marketing insights.

  • Provide training to the CRM local users.

  • Collaborate with the different Business Units to collect information and understand their business's needs.

  • Collaborate with the global CRM community to share improvements proposals and optimiser the automation of CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with the IT Teams to ensure issues and deviations are reported and handled without delay.





Profiel

As a successful Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager - Pharma, you will have the following profile:


  • A Master degree in IT, Economics, Commercial Sciences, marketing or related fields

  • 3-5 years of experiences in Sales operations or Marketing excellence positions

  • Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing concepts

  • Previous experiences with CRM Software - Preferably with SalesForce

  • Strong analytic skills & interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Proactive in proposing insights and solutions

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Fluent written and Spoken in English and French/Dutch
