Team/division descriptionAs part of People & Innovation, European Learning & Development (EL&D) is a team of 4 permanent members supported by contractors and suppliers.
We thrive to guide Pan-European employees in their learning & development journey by:
- Implementing effective and innovative learning & development solutions that inspire employees to continuously learn and excel in their role
- Developing, organising and/or delivering various corporate training programs for Toyota Motor Europe members (such as Toyota DNA, Graduate, Management and Leadership development programs)
- Accompanying divisions to develop and implement their functional trainings
- Supporting our Affiliated companies in Europe with trainer certification for Toyota DNA and Management Development Program
- Being the product owner for our Training Portal = European Learning Management System
Your responsibilities
- Act as a product owner of the Training Portal
- Consult and support Toyota Functions in using LMS functionalities
- Support expansion and maximise usage of the Training Portal in Europe
- Manage and maintain EL&D reporting portfolio
- Prepare reports to confirm Toyota compliance with training policies and regulations and applications for subsidies
- Build dashboards and data visualisations related to training KPIs
- Support the process of creation and deployment of the yearly training plan
- Continuously developing own knowledge and skills by being curious about new learning technologies and market development while benchmarking internal technologies against those new trends

- You are fluent in English (Toyota Motor Europe’s business language)
- Good presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience and/or strong interest in adult learning, educational technologies and market developments
- Strong interest in digitalisation and technology
- Ability to react swiftly and offer impactful development solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexible and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and self-directed
- Good project management and organisational skills
