Functieomschrijving
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities in Wallonia.
- Maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans.
- Reporting on sales metrics and forecast to the Sales Manager.
- Staying current with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Participating in industry events and conferences.
- Closely collaborating with the customers a from the definition of their needs until the delivery of their tailored made packaging solutions.
- Working closely with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, customers loyalty and managing customer complaints.
Profiel
- A degree in Engineer, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- +5 years of experiences in a Hunting sales or business development role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
- Previous experiences in tailored-made processes or in project management.
- Previous experiences in the packaging/labelling sector is a plus.
- A strong technical interest and curiosity with the willingness to become a technical expert/ partner for the customers.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- A results-driven attitude with a strong passion for sales and a nice drive
- Willingness to travel within Wallonia as needed.
- Fluent in French and English.
