As
Account Executive, your main responsibilities will be to :
- Drive commercial growth by acquiring new clients and building long-term commercial partnerships with key prospects in the France and Belgium regions.
- Enhance the offerings by continuously adapting the value proposition to meet market demands.
- Lead the sales process from lead qualification to closing, including onboarding and upselling, to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Convert leads from the company's third-party lead generation experts and marketing, while actively generating additional leads.
- Manage RFPs/RFQs from a commercial perspective in collaboration with the technical teams, including solution demos.
- Collect valuable insights into market development trends and provide feedback to key stakeholders
- Serve as a collaborative partner and work closely with Marketing, Technical Support, Product Development, and other departments.
Profiel
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- At least 5 years of professional sales experience in B2B software sales.
- A real hunter mindset
- A customer-centric mindset and relationship-building skills to ensure the long-term success of the company's recurring revenue business.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and negotiation abilities (including contract-related topics).
- Willingness to travel (up to 10%).
- Proficiency with tools like CRM (Salesforce is a plus) and Outreach.
- A strong work ethic, adaptability to rapidly changing environments, and a results-driven, winning attitude.
- A team player with high initiative, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a can-do approach.
- Fluency in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
