FR/NL Administrative Assistant - Temporary mission - M/F/X
Functieomschrijving
As a temporary Administrative Asssistant (FR/NL), you will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth administrative processes and manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Draft letters for senior management ensuring signatures and follow-ups are completed
- Monitor functional mailboxes, distribute emails to the appropriate team members, or respond directly when needed
- Digitally manage and archive important documents such as minutes of meetings, contracts and reports
- Assist in preparing internal and external presentations
- Coordinate quarterly reporting processes and ensure smooth follow-up and timely delivery
Profiel
As a temporary Administrative Assistant (FR/NL), you have the following profile:
- You have a background in administration or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Fluent in Dutch and French with a good command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, you manage multiple projects efficiently
- Solution-oriented and proactive, you thrive in both team settings and independent work environments
- Open to learning and always eager to take on new challenges
